(2008) Conservative Cllr. Stephen Mullins
A former Tory politician has been jailed for six and a half years for five sex offences involving three girls, including one charge of rape.
Stephen Mullins, 52, formerly of Links Avenue, Hellesdon, was sentenced at Norwich Crown Court today .
The former head chef in the kitchen of the Bull pub in Reepham Road, Hellesdon had earlier admitted two offences of indecent assault against one girl under 14, rape involving the same girl, sexual assault on another girl aged 14 and assault on another young girl.
Mullins was a member of Norwich North Conservative Association for about two years and a Hellesdon parish councillor for about the same time.

Tory Party Councillor (Wallasey, Merseyside) Michael Howden was convicted and jailed for 5-and-a-half years in 1997 for the rape of a teenage girl and also for sexually assaulting another teenage girl on about 20 separate occasions. http://tinyurl.com/5kbmx6
Cllr. Raymond Coates -PAEDOPHILIA, RAPE AND BESTIALITY
Former Labour Councillor (North Yorkshire) Raymond Coates was charged along with his son, Philip Coats, in 2003 with child rape, using threats to procure a woman for sex and, wait for it…inciting a woman to have sex with an animal. Coats junior was sentenced to 13 years in prison for his part in the father & son rape and bestiality double-act, although the trial of 76 year-old Raymond Coats was abandoned after the court ruled he was too ill to stand trial. Agreeing to the indefinite postponement, Judge Paul Hoffman said: “With enormous reluctance, and I emphasise that enormous reluctance because it is unsatisfactory that these very serious and nasty charges should remain unresolved, I am going to order a stay on this basis. New Labour Cllr. Lestyn Tudor Davies -PAEDOPHILE RAPIST
Labour Councillor (Bridgend, South Wales) Lestyn Tudor Davies was convicted, jailed for 7 years, and placed on the Sex Offenders’ Register for life in 2005 for repeatedly raping a 9 year-old girl.
A Labour councillor has been jailed for seven years for raping a nine-year-old child.
Iestyn Tudor Davies, 50, from Brackla in Bridgend, south Wales, carried out the sex attacks on the girl while his magistrate wife Pamela slept just yards away in the next bedroom.
He was ordered to register as a sex offender for life.
Prosecutor Tim Evans told an earlier hearing at Cardiff Crown Court that had Davies sexually assaulted the girl three times.

The girl later cuddled up to her mother and said she had a “secret” but she was worried she would get a smack if she was told.
Davies, the former chairman of Brackla Community Council in Bridgend, and a councillors for eight years, was interviewed by police.
He admitted that the girl had slept in a bed with him while his wife was next door, but denied any sexual abuse.
A jury found him guilty of two charges of rape and an indecent assault against the nine-year-old girl.

(2001) New Labour Cllr. Martyn Locklin -8 COUNTS OF RAPE ON TEENAGE BOYS
Labour Councillor (Newton Aycliffe, Durham –in Tony Blair’s Sedgefield constituency) Martyn Locklin was convicted on 8 counts of rape and indecent assault on teenage boys in 2001, and jailed for 15 years (reduced to 12 on appeal). Locklin was a top local Party bigwig on first-name terms with Tony Blair, after escorting the PM during visits to his constituency on several occasions. The judge also put the Labour rapist on the Sex Offenders’ Register for life, telling him: “You will be watched for the rest of your days. You need to be”.
